Cashier check, Money order, or personal check are also accepted. Personal check will be held for five days.
Return Policy
All parts are guaranteed for 30 days from date of purchase except Laser Pick ups and Semiconductors.
Returns will not be accepted without authorization.
All returns must be accompanied by a RA number and a copy of invoice. RA number must be shown on the outside of package. RA number are valid for 30 days only.
A 20% restocking fee will be applied if the return reason was due to customer error.

1. How could I get samples?
Answer: We will send the samples to you after receipt of your payment.
Courier freight depends on the quantity, weight and volume of the samples.
2. Can we have our logo or company
name to be printed on the package ?
Answer: Yes. Logo or pictures can be printed on our products. You can send us the logo or pictures by email in JPEG, GIF format.
If you want your logo, company name to be printed on the package for the products, such as gift box, paper card, the minimum order is 1000 units per model.
3. How to place an order?
Answer: Please send us your purchase order by email or fax. We need to know the following information for your order:
* Shipping information - company name, street address, phone number, fax number, destination airport or sea port, transportation method ( by courier, by air or by ocean container)
* Product information - model numbers, quantity, unit price
* Delivery time required
* Freight payment ( should be prepay )
4. What's your usual payment term for orders?
Answer: Wire transfer ( T/T ) to our bank account. We don't accept payment by credit card and Paypal.
5. How can the products be sent to us?
Answer: For small quantity or weight less than 20 kgs, sent usually by courier.
For orders from 20 to 500 kg, can be sent by air to the airport near you.
For big quantity or volume, sent usually by ocean container.
The transportation way depends on client's choice. Freight depends on quantity, weight, volume, transportation way, destination country (airport, sea port ). All is for saving your money.
6. Can you arrange the transportation for us ?
Answer: Yes. We can arrange sea, air and courier transportation with the cheapest price for you. Generally is door-to-door service.
